Abstract

The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has levied a $10,350 fine against Glenn Chadbourne, a Saco lobster boat operater, for the November 3 drowning death of urchin diver David Maxwell, 25. OSHA alleges eight violations of federal safety standards in connection with the drowning, and says that Chadbourne was negligent in the matter. Details.
