Portland police, in an attempt to crack down on the heroin market on Munjoy Hill, are asking residents and shopkeepers to keep an eye out for illegal drug sales, and to report any they may witness -- The police department will station one of six new community policing officers being hired under a federal grant on the Hill, which has become known as the place to purchase heroin in the city -- Police and residents hope the new vigilance will force the dealers to move elsewhere -- Details
