Abstract

McKinley Partners, the new owners of the former Fort McKinley Estates on Great Diamond Island, yesterday announced that the revived project will be called Diamond Cove, with an initial 39 house lots and 68 townhouses to be marketed -- McKinley Partners paid a reported $15 million for the 193-acre project, and plans call for an art gallery, boat slips and an expanded general store in addition to the townhouses and single-family homes
