Abstract
The Maine Board of Environmental Protection yesterday refused to intervene in the environmental review of a proposed housing subdivision to be located next to Scarborough's Camp Ketcha. The Camp Fire Hitonowa Council, the owners of Camp Ketcha, had asked the BEP to review the 14-home subdivision, which will be on land purchased by ALC Development Corp. from the council's previous board of directors.
