Abstract
The Portland City Council's public safety committee yesterday voted 3-0 in support of a plan that would allow four vendors to operate near Hadlock Field from 90 minutes before until 30 minutes after each Sea Dogs game played at the field. The vendors would be chosen by lottery, and the city council will consider the proposal on April 4. Details.
