Abstract

The state Public Utilities Commission yesterday approved an agreement between Central Maine Power Co. (CMP) and most of its adversaries that limits further penalties against the utility and ends its appeals of its last rate increase. CMP also agreed to write off $5 million of the $60 million that it owes to non-utility power generators. Details.
