Abstract
Casco Northern Bank, in an effort to cut costs and improve customer service, will convert some of its full-time teller jobs to part-time. The Bank of Boston Corp., which owns Casco Northern, hired a consultant to analyze customer traffic and the work of tellers, and the analysis led to the conclusion that more part-time tellers will allow increased flexibility in staffing the bank during peak hours.
