Abstract

Justice Roland Cole yesterday sentenced Dale L. Thibeault, 44, of Biddeford, to 88 days in jail after Thibeault pleaded guilty to a charge of reckless conduct in connection with the June 1992 death of Catherine Pearl, 39. Last year, Thibeault was tried on charges that he raped and suffocated Pearl on Portland's Western Promenade, but a mistrial was declared. Details.
