Abstract

Roger Legere, 58, of South Portland, was recently mentioned by Maine Department of Transportation Commissioner Dana Connors as one individual who was particulary dedicated to seeing the 78-year-old Million Dollar Bridge replaced. Legere was chairman of the MDOT's Portland-South Portland Bridge Study Advisory Committee, and has been working since the late 1960s to have the bridge replaced. Details.
