Abstract

One City Center, the 202,700-square-foot downtown office building that has suffered from a lack of tenants since opening, has reached an agreement with the federal General Services Administration to house federal judges and a grand jury hearing room for two years while the city's federal courthouse is undergoing renovations. The Federal Bureau of Investigation recently moved into 1,000 square feet on the third floor of the building, and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms is scheduled to move into space on the fourth floor.
