Abstract

James Vamvakias is seeking the approval of the Falmouth Planning Board to build 83 homes on 44 acres between The Woodlands and the Falmouth turnpike spur. To be called Fairway Villas, the luxury condominum development, would ring the golf course along the 7th, 15th and 16th holes. The price range of the units has not been estabished. While some neighbors are concerned about the effect the development will have on the upscale neighborhood, Vamvakias believes the project is a winner and will not compromise its neighbors.
