Abstract

The U.S. Supreme Court yesterday turned away without comment an appeal by Donald C. Winston, a tenured English instructor at Central Maine Technical College in Auburn. Winston was fired because of a sexual incident with a student. He claimed that the firing amounted to illegal discrimination because of his addiction to sex. Details.
