Old Orchard Beach Town Manager James Bennett yesterday told an audience at Town Hall that proposed changes to the ordinance regulating noise at the Ballpark won't allow concerts to be louder than what is now permitted. The proposed changes will allow town officials to lower the permitted decibel limit next year when Ballpark operator Archie St. Hilaire negotiates a new contract. Details.
