Abstract

Fifth-grade students from South Portland's Skillin School yesterday explored the world of work by taking over operation of the Hampton Inn in South Portland. The nineteen students involved were selected from a pool of 76 student applicants after being interviewed for their jobs by hotel officials. Those selected were involved in everything from changing beds to management.
