Abstract

While searching for polliwogs, Ryan Proctor, 5, of Augusta, fell into the Medomack River in Waldoboro on Saturday. After being pulled from the river, he was taken to Miles Memorial Hospital in Damariscotta and then to the Maine Medical Center, where he died on Sunday.
