Phil Tarr, chairman of the Maine Racing Commission, said the commission will continue an investigation into betting patterns at Scarborough Downs, despite assurances that all debts have been paid. Eight tracks were involved nationally, with Hollywood Park of Inglewood, Calif., owed $423,118.93. Details.
