Abstract

Monday's shutdown of Precision/Northwest Airlines in Maine led to little disruption for travelers as Business Express honored the financially-troubled company's tickets between Boston and Portland, Bangor and Presque Isle. Precision had been doing business under the Northwest Airlink name as a business partner of Northwest Airlines, and Business Express has now come to agreement with Northwest Airlines to provide service on the three routes. Business Express is not providing service between Augusta and Portland, a former Precision route.
