Abstract

Maine State Police yesterday said that Bill Crocker, 40, of Hartford, Conn., had been driving for 11 hours and had taken antihistamines four times before he was involved in an accident Friday that killed an 11-year-old Falmouth girl. Heidi Tobiason was killed when Crocker's delivery truck crushed the back of the van in which she was riding as it was stopped at the Exit 9 interchange of the Maine Turnpike in Falmouth.
