Abstract

Sixteen eighth-graders from Freeport Middle School returned home from Paris, France, yesterday, ending a tragic week abroad during which classmate Nicholas B. DeMatos died after falling from a fifth-floor hotel window. The students voted unanimously to finish the trip, and started counseling almost immediately after moving to a new hotel. Details.
