Abstract

Kathy Lee Pfost, 47, a truck driver from Vicksburg, Michigan, yesterday caused a multi-vehicle pileup on Route 1 in York in which 10 people were injured, but none critically. Pfost had only 4.5 hours sleep in the last 28 hours. The accident is the third in the past nine months caused by fatigued truck drivers. Details.
