Abstract

The new 14-acre Lee Auto Mall on Main Street in Westbrook is one of Maine's largest dealerships, with five brands and more than 100 different models at a single location. Shepard Lee, chairman of the board of Lee Dealerships, also has a nine-franchise dealership in Auburn. The 67-year-old Lee joined his father's DeSoto dealership in 1947, and in 1982 bought the former Comerford Dodge near Exit 8 of the Maine Turnpike. Details.
