Abstract

Unum Corp. last week outlined a reorganization that will be implemented over the coming years and is designed to make the insurer's organizational structure more flexible. Two years of thinking went into the plan. One aspect of it involves shifting the roles of several senior executives in Unum Life Insurance Co. of America.
