Abstract

Maine Supreme Judicial Court justice Howard Dana replaced law clerk Harvey Prager with another clerk at yesterday's daylong hearing for Andrews B. Campbell, 52, of Rumford, who is seeking reinstatement to the bar after a federal conviction for selling marijuana. Prager six years ago pleaded guilty to smuggling six tons of marijuana into Maine, and created a controversy last year when he was handpicked by Dana to serve a yearlong appointment as a clerk.
