Abstract

Biddeford police are investigating reports that a Wednesday night automobile accident that killed two youths and injured two others was the result of a drag race. Kevin Bisson, 19, and William P. Cote, 16, both of Biddeford, died when Bisson's 1979 Ford Mustang hit a guardrail and a tree. Police say speed and alcohol were apparent factors in the accident. Details.
