Abstract

On the evening of August 2, the Portland Sea Dogs played a game with the New Haven Ravens at Hadlock Field. Barbara Bush and Barbara Walters made surprise appearances and Miss Chiquita sang the national anthem at the game, which was attended by 5,957 fans. The Maine Sunday Telegram followed the Sea Dogs that day from dawn to midnight. Details.
