Abstract

Maine State Police Trooper Craig Poulin yesterday found a 47-year-old Augusta Mental Health Institute inmate picking flowers on the grounds of the governor's mansion in Augusta, and the woman apparently had spent several days in the governor's guest house. The unidentified woman was returned to AMHI, where she resumed her voluntary commitment.
