Abstract

Maine Supreme Judicial Court justice Howard Dana has ruled that Andrews B. Campbell, 52, of Mexico, should not be reinstated to the Maine bar. Campbell was disbarred after a jury in 1987 found him guilty of trying to sell two pounds of marijuana. Campbell yesterday said he would appeal the decision.
