Abstract

Fleet Bank of Maine is selling four of its branches in western Maine to Kingfield Bank for an undisclosed sum. The branches in Kingfield, Stratton, Strong and Bingham serve more than 1,700 households and have combined deposits of $22 million. Kingfield currently has eight branches, and its assets totaled $98.5 million on June 30.
