Abstract
Harley Lee, president of Endless Energy Corp. of New Gloucester, yesterday said that plans to erect three wind turbines on the slopes of Sugarloaf Mountain in Carrabassett Valley have been postponed until spring. Lee said the delay is the result of a financial partner, Zond Systems Inc. of California, insisting on a series of easibility studiens. The three turbines are capable of producing a combined 3 million kilowatts annually, enough to supply 400 homes.
