Abstract

The National Rifle Association is taking issue with John Albrecht, who claims to be an NRA member and is seeking support for U.S. represenative Thomas Andrews, the Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate. The NRA opposes Andrews' stance on gun control, and has endorsed his opponent, U.S. represenative Olympia J. Snowe. Albrecht and his followers have been raising money and distributing flyers marked "NRA Members for Andrews."
