Richard Rose, 38, former news anchor at television station WCSH, on November 6 will return to Portland television as co-anchor of the WPXT 10 P.M. news. Rose, who left Maine three years ago to work as a reporter at an ABC affiliate in Florida, will co-anchor with Neila Smith, his former WCSH co-anchor. Details.
